Electronic Tourist Refund Scheme (eTRS)

 

Currently when you make a purchase at our Singapore eStore, you are required to pay GST on your purchase. However with the Tourist
Refund Scheme (TRS), you can make a GST refund claim on the GST that you have paid on goods purchased, if they are brought out of
Singapore via Changi International Airport or Seletar Airport.

The TRS will also be available for goods that are brought out of Singapore by international cruise passengers (excluding cruises-to-nowhere,
round-trip cruises and regional ferry passengers) via the Singapore Cruise Centre at Harbourfront and the Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore
at Marina South, subject to the criteria and conditions of the scheme.

Instructions for issuance of eTRS ticket to Wacom Singapore eStore customers:

  1. Before check out, you must enter your shipping address as

  2. You must self-collect your purchase and eTRS ticket at Wacom Singapore Office.
  3. You must produce a copy of valid passport and invoice during collection of your purchase.
  4. You must depart from Singapore with your purchase within 60 days from the date of purchase.
